Tranquility Bamboo Swaddles from Aden + Anais

February 9, 2014 by Lauren 59 Comments

If you have a newborn, you know that making them feel safe and warm at all times is important. A wiggly baby is a baby who isn’t asleep, usually, until they’re big enough to control all of their movements.  Swaddling is a great way to keep your infant feeling safe and secure, and finding a perfect blanket for your brand new baby is important.

Aden + Anais Bamboo Swaddles

I was asked to review the Tranquility Bamboo Swaddles from Aden + Anais and was so excited because I knew and trusted the Aden + Anais brand from when B was a baby.  I used the classic swaddles with him and absolutely loved them, and their Bamboo swaddles were no exception.  The softest blankets I have every felt, and with every wash, they just keep getting softer and softer.  Seriously! If you are expecting or know someone expecting, these are the blankets to get them or yourself!  I knew that these were the blankets I wanted my newborn to be wrapped in, so I made sure to put them in my hospital bag.  Some of my favorite pictures that I captured of her there, she was comfortably swaddled in her A + A.

Aden + Anais Bamboo Swaddles

The Tranquility Bamboo Swaddles come in a set of three 47″ by 47″ swaddles. Their generous size makes swaddling your baby easier, and more comfortable. These blankets are not only for swaddling, they can be used as nursing covers, changing pad covers, tummy time blankets, and more. There’s nothing better than a baby product that has multiple uses!

I highly recommend the Bamboo Swaddles from Aden + Anais.  They are a must have baby product!

I love, love, love to swaddle a baby! It’s the only way our two boys ever slept when they were little. If I saw a screaming baby in the mall, I would so be tempted to walk over and swaddle him/her. All of these baby posts are making me want a third one…

My kids loved to be swaddled. Sometimes it was the only way they would sleep. Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to bamboo fabrics as much back then. So glad to see them more available now.

I wish I had these swaddles when my oldest was little. All we had were those flannel ones, and I very much disliked them. I actually won a set of aden and anais swaddles a couple of months ago. Can’t wait to try them out on baby girl!

Aww, she looks so content and peaceful in the blankets. I wish my newborn would enjoy being swaddled. He loves having his hands near his face, so it doesn’t work for him. My older son loved being wrapped up tight though!

I’ve never used A & A products. First time I am hearing about them. We only swaddled our babies for a short time. They always kicked and poked their way out of a swaddle so I figured they were happy without it after the first week or so.

Gorgeous photos of your beautiful children!
