St. Patrick’s Day Dessert | Green Dream Jello Salad Recipe

March 5, 2017 by Lauren 46 Comments

Jello Salad

This fluffy Green Dream Jello Recipe is a twist on a longtime family favorite.  Hubs Nan called it Zilches Delight and would thrill the kids year round with this as a before dinner dessert.  We used green jello for St. Patrick’s Day and added the rainbow to give it that extra touch.   I hope you and your family love this refreshing St. Patrick’s Day Dessert!

Do you drain the fruit cocktail before mixing into salad? Or do you dump the entire contents of the cans juice/syrup & all?

This is VERY similar to a recipe of my Grandma’s that I have been trying to find for years. My Grandma’s was strawberry. Do you drain the fruit cocktail??
